Grown Surfboards Wooden Fish

Go in the draw to win an $1800 Grown Surfboards Wooden Fish!

Just by donating $10 or more to the In Byron Bay Today stolen camera gear fund, you’ll automatically get a chance to win an $1800 dollar 5’10” hand shaped hollow wooden fish courtesy of Grown Surfboards. That’s right folks, thanks to Grown Surfboards some lucky reader is going to score a stunning 5’10 wooden fish valued at $1800.

This is their way of helping us to get back on track after the theft of more than $7000 worth of camera gear on the 17th of February 2010, gear that is not yet paid for.

This is a donated gift from Grown Surfboards to us as a means to help raise funds to replace our gear. If you are one of the many who have already donated, then your name has already been saved to be handed over to Grown Surfboards for the draw. Please be aware this is an extremely generous offer from Andrew at Grown Surfboards. Neither Andrew nor we (IBBT) can afford to pay freight on this board. If you’re the lucky one to score this board, then you will need to either come to pick it up. Or cover the freight and handling costs. Either way it’s worth it, these boards are joyously beautiful and worth a small fortune. Anyway it’s a damn good excuse to come to Byron Bay to pick up your new board.

Don’t forget to give us your name and email address so we can pass them on to Grown Surfboards, we’ll keep you posted; when Andrew finishes the board a name will be drawn.
