Feb 23 09 In Byron Bay Today

Not much swell, but a whole lot of fun was had by many, In Byron Bay Today. For the first time in a few weeks we saw the whole day through without rain. The wind was light, the air was warm and the waves although really small, were clean and fun for logging at least. Town itself can sometimes have a weird energy on Mondays. It’s kind of like the entire population has just had one too many funky moments on the weekend. Of course reality is, most folks are fine it’s just a small percentage that seems to be moving in slow motion on Monday. Be that as it may, down at the various beaches the people were happening, whether there was much surf or not. We managed to get a few good shots and had some fun in the process.
