So that’s it for the midyear school holidays, . It was a little different this year, Queensland & Victoria had their mid years two weeks earlier. So it was kind of like high season for a month in the middle of winter, which seemed to catch a few by surprise. But I reckon it worked better for the visitors and locals alike. Usually there’s a crossover week, when everyone’s on holiday at the same time, but this time it didn’t happen. End result, businesses still did ok, but because it was spread over four weeks rather than three. There was easier parking and less crowded surf for all, now that’s got to be a good thing. Whoever you are that makes those kind of decisions, I say keep it up it works for us. Now to the surf, well it’s still really small folks. There are a few little log lines in the bay which were bumpy but still fun, and some small peaks for the little whiteboard set around the ocean side. There’s still some fun to be had in the water, if you’re not too choosey. And let’s face having fun is why we surf, or at least it’s why I’ve been surfing all this time. Some of you may have other motives, but it’s definitely the fun factor which drives me, to live surf and play, .
To all those great people who chose to pose, we’d just like to say. Thank you for being here with us .
