It was starting to look a bit like logger heaven In Byron Bay Today. The weather was a tad unpredictable. There were some joyous sunny moments. But it also dumped a few heavy showers on us during the day. The waves however were just perfect for lugging out a log. Yes indeed if you brought a longboard with, you’d be smiling all the way back home after a few well earned slides through the bay. If you’re not into logging don’t despair, there are some really good solid peaks starting to appear just a little out of town if you want to get your shortie out. But you’ll have to get out and look for them, which is usually the case at this time of year. Now Byron itself is actually quite busy at the moment. This cooler weather has got the non surfers off the beach and into the cafes, restaurants and shops, which makes perfect sense. I mean let’s face it. Eating lunch, drinking coffee and having a browse in the various shops are fun ways to stay out of the cool weather In Byron Bay Today.
