Welcome Folks to, In Byron Bay Today’s Weekend Review. And so as another week passes, we pause to reflect on how the week unfolded in Byron Bay. Actually who needs to reflect, we already know. It’s been just a little bit special this last week in the bay. We’ve had waves to one degree or another every day. Huey showed mercy and gave us some much needed rain, an increase in swell and much less wind. As if that wasn’t good enough, the crowds in the water have been down to a minimum too, that is if we don’t count last Sunday, but I digress. Could these all be signs that summer is almost upon us? Hmmm, well considering we’re kissing October goodbye that’s a very real possibility. Plus these last few weeks before summer are always pretty quiet. Which is certainly how it’s been of late, but it’s unusual to see this weather pattern in October. Could it be that summer may come a little early this year? Does it mean we’re in for early tropical lows, and good waves? Is this a sign that we’re in for a hummer of a summer in the bay? Who knows, not me that’s for sure, we don’t predict it we just document it, In Byron Bay Today.
