The first day of spring was just glorious In Byron Bay Today. We really couldn’t have asked for more. Huey dealt us up a stunning warm day with gentle offshore winds and a nice clean south east swell wrapping around the cape and sliding on into the bay. It truly was logger heaven in Byron, while just a short drive out of town the little white board set were enjoying a joyous session this morning as well. It was an almost picture perfect start to spring. Of course we can’t expect it to always be this perfect, spring can be a pretty wild time of year in Byron Bay with radical wind changes and evening thunder storms as we roll into summer. However that’s not what we experienced in Byron Bay today.
The fact is that today was about as idyllic a day as one could ever hope for at this time of year, and everywhere we looked. We could see the sheer joy on folks faces as they went about their business lapping up the lovely weather In Byron Bay Today.
