Welcome to In Byron Bay Today’s Weekend Review. I’m sitting here trying to think of a way to describe the past week in Byron Bay. But words just seem to fail me. It’s been a week of reflection and reminiscing for loved ones passed. Joy and exuberance for being privileged enough to witness extraordinary events. Acceptance of powerlessness over natural events and the wilful behaviour of a few people, plus the frustration all web developers experience when things go weird. I suspect upon reflection I could only describe this last week as being fabulous, eventful and exhausting. Yet I wouldn’t change a moment for all the tea in China. We got the opportunity to sample some nice waves, frolic with whales, discover inner resourcefulness, help some friends and face some trying moments, or as I prefer to see them, opportunities for growth. When all is said and done, that’s got to be a great week. Yet words still fail me, I have little to write, I’ll let the photos do the talking, except for the wilful behaviour part, that’s best left in the past where it belongs and not in the present beauty we are experiencing, In Byron Bay Today.
