A month of Sundays In Byron Bay Today. Well it wasn’t really it was just one Sunday, but what a stunner of a Sunday it was. It was all going on in Byron Bay today, up the hill at Bangalow the local markets were on, and the old town was packed. While down in the bay the second forecast dust storm thankfully never arrived. Instead we were blessed with sunshine, swell and offshore winds. The water was clear and the beach breaks were firing at most spots. In fact the only place that wasn’t getting waves was in the actual bay itself, the swell was just too south to get in. There were folks all over the place lapping it up and enjoying a beautiful day. On another note we had to pop up to the Gold Coast yesterday to run a few errands. It’s always such a spin going up there it’s so busy. But I digress. While we were up there we kept getting cars with boards on the roof pulling up next to us waving and saying G’day. They noticed the website address and just wanted to let us know that they enjoy the site. So we just wanted to say thanks to those people that made the effort to show us they also enjoy being, In Byron Bay Today.
