Sweet Offerings, In Byron Bay Today. The wind was still a light offshore and was feathering the small clean swell lines as they swept by the cape and into Byron Bay today. We didn’t see much sun but it didn’t seem to bother the crew. The families were out in force for the holidays, as is the norm. The kids were into it, the Mums were chilling it and the Dads were digging it. It was all pretty enjoyable from where I stood. The crowds are still just a little intense, but much less than it could have been, if certain folks had their way. It’s good to count your blessings I always say. You see the, live streaming video camera, which is pointed at the point, is still not working in Byron Bay today. As long as it’s down, the crowds are down too, which I reckon means it’s working just fine for those who can add two plus two. The weather may have been a little grey, but hey, those who got amongst it both locals and visitors alike, were still grateful for the sweet little offerings with a few less out than is seasonal for the bay. So enjoy it while it lasts folks, because no doubt it’ll be up and running again soon, although happily not quite yet, In Byron Bay Today.
