Hallelujah We Have Swell, In Byron Bay Today. Ok so it was bumpy and well yes it was windy with strong currents and sure it was crowded. I mean after all it was Sunday in Byron Bay today. But regardless of all that we had swell, and the weather maps are showing a strong indication of more on the way. I got to say Huey it’s about bloody time old buddy. The old salty Sea God has been a tad recalcitrant thus far in the swell department this summer. Having said that if the patterns hold, we could well be in for some catch up swell to reward us all for our patience in Byron Bay. Now we’ve already had a few replies to yesterdays questions on surf safety, and you know folks have some pretty interesting stuff to say, so keep them coming we’ll keep this open for a while, not sure how long yet, but rest assured we’ll let you know when it’s time to publish them.
